Airtel — new connection not yet connected (broadband) | |||
I have applied for new connection of broadband in airtel. Your airtel person sent by ramya (Airtel) filled the application. I have also submitted form along with telephone bill copy and aadhar card copy and a cheque for rs.500/- in favour of 'bharti airtel' on 26.09.17. Every time ramya (Cell no. [protected]) use to say that due to technical problem, unable to do. We will do it at the earliest. But till date i haven't received any connection. But now she is not at all picking up the call.
