Airtel — New connection request & poor customer support

Hi All, Airtel team now a day not providing support. They just creating the tickets when ever we raised the complaints. I am following airtel internet connection request for 1.5 year (Ambattur, Ram nagar), they said you have feasibility, so pay now. We will give the connection. After payment they will refunding the amount . It happens 3 times. Now requested connection on December 29 after their support team feasibility but so far no one contacted me. Always asking 24, 48, 72 hours with new complaint id.

First complaint id : Missed from my side (not resolved but they closed)
Second complaint id:[protected]Again not resolved but they closed. Even i talked to your escalation team)
Second complaint interaction id :[protected]

Third complaint id :[protected]Talked to your escalation team on Monday(11th Jan, 2015) and they promised asap before 24 hours, But today Wednesday). Looks like Till now 24 hours not passed in your planet in parallel universe.

I am new customer so don't have account number id where as i gave the complaint id to your team in twitter

Is there any problem to contact me even i gave the complaints, id and lots of follow ups (on daily basis)? Even BSNL team will respond or react properly. It seems ACT network will come in 2 months at ambattur. I will goto that network instead of your.

I am using Airtel Postpaid 4G : [protected] and airtel DTH : [protected].

I will withdraw all the accounts from airtel network.

Now the escalation team says "Connection not feasible to building" again refunding. This means, earlier complaints & information are wrong. I paid the money and getting refund 4th time from airtel network. This is almost like cheating customer. I planned to with draw all the airtel related services Airtel DTH, Airtel 4G connections today itself.
