I had applied for a new broadband connection on 7/7/16 and the sales person guaranteed that the connection will given within 2 days. It has been two weeks now and still the person asks for two more days saying that the existing line is faulty and it has to be repaired. Poor service from airtel. I request the company to take necessary action and give me a new connection as soon as possible.
Message I received from airtel:
Documents received against your fixedline account No [protected] installation order no. 80621969. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to Installation Engineer, except additional CPE purchases(if any). For queries, call[protected]. Was this information helpful? |
