Airtel — new prepaid sim card

On 19th of august i. E saturday i had purchased a new airtel sim, which is yet not started. The airtel gallery staff at ulhasnagar-421003, section-17 are neither taking my complaint seriously nor taking any initiative for my sim card. I had already paid rs.100/- for sim. I had been in rush for the new sim and they are not valuing the moral value of customer sevices. My airtel no. Is [protected]
