Airtel — new recharge fraud

Hi,

I recharge the amount 349 to my no ([protected]) on 28-oct-2017 according to offer i should get 349 cash back (100% cash back).

I recharge the amount from airtel payment bank according to the condition.

When i confirm this offer from customer care after recharge, they said that this offer is closed on 26-oct-2017.

Here you can see on above links (Official sites) where the site updated on 27th & 28th october 2017. So how it is possible that offer is closed on 26th?
