[Resolved] Airtel — New SIM Activation | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased an airtel prepaid SIM. This was on 21.12.2013. The mobile number given was [protected]. I was told that within a day the connection will get activated. Now its almost 2 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 2 days i have called many times to airtel customer care 121 and even the shopkeeper who sold the SIM. One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel activating SIM by weekends. Was this information helpful? | |||
