I am holding 6 connections of airtel. I stay in gurgaon in malibu towne, crest wood. The problem is that inside my residence i am unable to receive both call signals and 3g/4g signals. If i need to use my phone or use internet, i have to go down to street to use your services.
I had reported this on 27/11/2017. After this a survey was carried out by your team and my complaint was found to be correct. This was refered to your technical team by survey team.
On saturday i received a call from your technical team. The caller never identified himself and hung up after just stating that i will have to wait till the time the infrastructure is upgraded. No timeline was given as to by when my complaint will be resolved nor any other relevant information was provided.
To be able to use internet at home, i applied for a broadband connection based on the information on your site that excellent broadband connectivity is available in my area. Also paid an amount of rs. 500 as booking charge.
After that there was no response for 5 days. After repeated follow up with your customer care, i was informed that connection cannot be provided as availability of the same is not there in my area. This is something very funny.
Should i surrender all my connections and use services of some other service provider?
