Airtel — no broadband and phone connection since 15 days | |||
This is really frustrating, my issue is not resolved. Its been 15 days and there is no response from airtel technical team. When i try to reach technical department, they keep saying its been escalated it to technical team. If they take this much of time they should have provided the "dongle" or alternative service to provide. I really want the internet connection as i have lot of work to finish. Bad service, no experienced technician, not providing any update when they going to fix, feels like sue the company!
