[Resolved] Airtel — No carry forward of my data balance | |||
I was messaged to renew my data plan on no [protected] and my data will be carry forwarded till next expiry date. I had some 700+ mb data left from past month and then renewed my 3G plan for 30 days by 29 rs plan. However all my last month data was forfeited and i was left with just 75 MB data that i got as part of Rs 29 plan. Also I recharged for Rs 30 which should have given me 32 rs talktime as a Best suggested plan still I got only Rs 23 odd. Again I was forged of Rs 9. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 9, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Balance for Rs 30 recharge was credited back and was explained about conditions of data carryover. Would like to request Airtel to use terms and conditions with the offer while sending the messages.
