Airtel — no channel is working

I have connection of airtel dth connection.
I have a long pack of 11month +1 month which is expiring on june 2019.
As per new rule of trai i opt for a pack designed by operator.
Which is value sports rs 360.

But on evening of 07.02.2019 all chennels are blocked.
I tried many time on customer care no [protected] but there is no response.
My airtel dth id is [protected]
