I have losed my prepaid airtel sim card of [protected] from the last month my name is tilu lisu father name is Aduning yobin adress injan kharsang dist-changlang arunachal pradesh so i want to deactivate the sim card now this sim card is using someone.

Dear sir, my airtel prepaid number is [protected]. i am your old custmer i live in punjab for 1 year at last since 3 days, i have a problem, i have not receive any msg from anyone after taking a duplicate sim card on 25 dec 16 and when i dial *121# then show the error-massage code 538. plz give me solution.
