[Resolved] Airtel — No consumer care service | |||||
I use Airtel Digital TV service. I want to change my package and I want to know my package details and new package details. I called the consumer service number several times. I waited for 10 mins or more but in the end no one receives call at the other end. I have send mail through company website 5times. and its been 6days still there is no response. I have the android app of My Airtel. I have tried to contact through that still no one replys. every day Rs. 12-15 are deducted from my airtel account if I dont update my account.
