Airtel — no coverage of airtel mobile tower

Dear sir, i live in vepery, chennai, tamilnadu. in our vepery locality the GSM network of airtel is very very poor. it is hard time for us now to continue your service. inspite of regular complaints, no action was taken from your technical team side. many of airtel customer are migrating to aircel service because of poor connectvity and as no action was taken from your end. only in my family i have about 10 airtel connections including landline and broadband. i would request you to atleast keep this on priority and do the needful as soon as possible, or else soon all my 10 connections wil be ported to an other network. few mobile nos.
