Airtel — no customer care with lack of knowledge | |||
I would like to share my experience with you people that what i felt after complaining for my internet services from airtel. I had been told by the airtel customer care executive at around 01:06 am on 01/11/2018 that a slot between 09:30am to 10:30am on 01/11/2018 is empty and we will send a service engineer to your place. No one visited my place till 11:00 am and when i called up the service engineer. He was not aware that a complaint was lodged and he have to visit my place. Then i called up the customer care for airtel and talked to the executive she also don't know anything and so i talked to her senior who was trying to convince me that the slot given to you is not for the technician visit although it was for the airtel to start working on my issue. I have uploaded the messages which i received after lodging my complaint. My cctv is connected with the internet service and i could not view my cctv in my phone and i could not excess the clear position of my residence as far as cctv is concerned. So i had applied for the disconnection of my services as i don' t want to continue with this kind of behaviour from such a reputed company and will report this matter to consumer forum.
