[Resolved] Airtel — No help from customer care executives | |||
Airtel customer care executives are good for nothing. I called them twice today and they told me they are transferring my call somewhere but instead they just cut my call. I got no solution to my issue and I was put on hold and at last my call was cancelled. Kindly appoint executives those who can actually help instead of just picking up the call and putting us on hold and at the end doing nothing. Also their websites complaint page does not work, feedback page does not work both are not submitting forms and going God knows where. So have your site repaired. How we are supposed to get our issues resolved when there is no way to contact them. Call 121 and they make you dial numbers for 10 min and then finally reaching appropriate menu to talk to executives and they just cut your call as they are so incompetent to solve your issue. I am only getting 3G network on my phone while I have recharge pack for both 3G/4G for Rs.648 . This is a very disappointing service by airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||
