Airtel — No incoming call, sms and bank otp after MNP

I ported to airtel and sim got activated on 10th June 2021 .
I am able to make calls and use mobile data but no incoming calls no incoming SMS or bank otp.
If someone contacts me it says mobile number is invalid. Please it's my primary sim . It's a big loss for me.
