Airtel — no internet access / signal from airtel | |||
Ref : my blackberry mobile phone / airtel no. [protected] (Airtel relationship no. [protected]) As per my request, airtel had deactivated my blackberry bb ul 299 plan wef 27/10/2019, adnd continued with the airtel family 299 corp plan To my disappointment and in spite of making several requests thru email, my blackberry mobile phone does not have access/signal of airtel internet an due to which i am unable to send or receive any emails. On emergency basis, i have to use my blackberry phone for emails only thru a wifi, whereas i should have been able to use the airtel internet directly. I have requested airtel to please resolve the issue at earliest or else i have to discontinue with their services completely and also withhold their future monthly bills from payment.
