Since saturday night (23rd sept 2017) 4g internet on my phone is not working, i raised a complaint on sunday 24th sept (Reference #[protected] stating the issue will be resolved in 2 days.
Called customer care on 26th sept in the night around 8 pm and the person on the phone informed the that he is escalating and the issue will be resolved in 24hrs and provided reference # [protected].
Today (Wednesday 27th sept) 8pm called the customer care again as the issue was not fixed. I was transferred to a supervisor and he informed that the call was never escalated on 26th and he is going to escalate it and the issue will be resolved in 24hrs
I am tired of spending time with these folks on call to get this fixed, not sure if i want to continue with them after staying for more than 8 years. Use 4g for my official emails on phone and i have been handicapped for the last 4days... Was this information helpful? |
