I switched from postpaid to prepaid on March 2nd and since then my internet is not working. I complained several times (lost count how many times) and after every promised deadline, internet issue not resolved.
I am in a cycle of calling, complaining, talking to supervisors, getting promised deadlines, and calling again after deadlines to complain about internet not working. My latest deadline is 24th March, after complaining today.
I tried all changes in setting as suggested by Airtel, even changed my SIM on 5th March, visited Airtel stores, got my mobile checked, swapped SIMs, switch-OFF/ON, took SIM out and re-inserted SEVERAL TIMES!
I am told that Airtel tried to reach me but couldn't, I am surprised as I never received any call from Airtel. I even provided alternate Airtel number and didn't receive any call on that number either.
I am outside India, bought expensive IR pack pack on 16th March after assurance from your representative that my issue is resolved on 11th March and internet will work (You record calls, please cross-check)
You can cross-check how many times have I complained both while in India and after traveling internationally. In total, it has been 18 days since I am complaining and my internet still not working.
