Hi Team,
I didn't receive any message when my data usage reached 1024 MB. You are suppose to message me while reaching the maximum data usage.
Details:
Received message on Saturday 04-OCT, that You have used approx 879.68MB of 1024 MB
Later, I received the message after crossing the maximum limit.
Monday 06-OCT: that you have used 1107.66MB of 1024 MB.
Why there was more delay in sending the message alert that I have reached the 100% usage of data plan.
You want to charge the customer, by not informing them.
I won't pay for the extra usage money.
Need this to be resolved ASAP.
