I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel recently. Yesterday after my vodafone service stopped, i inserted my new airtel sim for activation but just after few seconds of insertion, the network in airtel sim stopped coming. So basically i am doomed in short. I have all my banking and business associated with this number and since no network is getting displayed i can't to anything.
Please ask your support people to contact me, as i have tried reaching you guys from my end multiple times. The customer care people could not resolve the issue.
If this doesn't get sorted soon, i have no choice but to take some legal actions against you guys. Please don't make me regret my decision of porting to airtel.
