Airtel — no network at our home

Respected sir/Madam

I don't how Airtel claims to say Best network provider.We are facing no network at our home since last 2 years. Airtel is charging us for their service but in return no service is provided.

I am in conversation with Airtel over mail chain since last year but no solution have been given yet.Every time they say we are working on your problem but till date no resolution have been given not even a temporary solution.The network issue is irrespective of postpaid or prepaid connection.

We can't receive/dail calls while we are at home, we need to go out of the house to get the network.We are 7 users of Airtel and all o[censored]s are facing this issue.If someone enters are home and that person is also an Airtel user then their network also goes away.

Kindly look into this.
