Hi team, Airtel wifi hot spot number [protected] I am working from home and the wifi - network is just not stable, its constantly weak and network & call drops continuously. Not a single website site is opening because of such poor network Can you please let us know when the network would be fine and stable. I have been following up since october 2017 and its 6 months – there is no respite. Team - please don’t check the limits of the consumer.in your mail itself you have admitted that there is poor network and business approvals are awaited. Its over 2 months, and the network at my place continuously drops to a point of frustration. I dont see any change in the network whenever i work from home, there are so many call drops, network connectivity stops, the webinar i am attending or the video calls i came come to a complete halt. Mornings are really miserable with so many call drops. I have to go to the gate to receive calls. Its become miserable day. Wifi hotspot turns green very frequently and i have left with no choice to keep cursing your miserable services. On the contrary jio wifi is so stable that there has been absolutely no issue. I am stuck with your services and completely regret the day i invested in airtel. Let me know when can i see improvement in the service and are you serious about your line of business.
