Airtel — no network coverage for 3 days and ignorance of customer care executives | |||
My name is vani shukla studying in govt. Medical college kannauj, tirwa, kannuaj 209732, uttar pradesh. We all have been using airtel sim cards for years. Recently, there is an airtel bts tower installed in our college campus itself but we are getting negligible network for last 3 days. We all have recharged for internet and calling plans and they have certain validity period. Now, since we are not getting connectivity, our money is being wasted. My husband lives in germany and i have no option to stay connected with him. Airtel customer care executives are shamelessly ignoring us. One of them is sandip vanshik. He is such a rascal who tells me that only your phone has some problem. Everybody is suffering from this problem in our college. Fo me the situation is the worst since i am not able to talk to my husband. Customer care executives keep putting us on hold. I want the solution as fast as possible.
