Airtel — No network coverage for my home location from 7 months | |
Hi, I have been regularly contacting Airtel customer service for getting the poor network connectivity issue resolved from past 7 months and yet they have not done anything. Everytime i call them they give me 3 days timeline to resolve but that day never came. There are 5 mobile number with Airtel at my home none of them work & i have raised around 20+ complaint but nothing is bothering Airtel to action.[protected] is the 7 months old complaint which is still work in progress. I have opted for premium membership due to which i have to pay 2000 collectively every month to Airtel. They are not providing any service and charging me fortune, kindly help.
