Airtel — no network on my number since last 7 days | |||||
No network on my number since last 7 days (From 09 aug. 2017). I am call to customer care on 09 aug. 2017 and they say there are some technical issues in your number and approx 72 hrs. Required to resolve the problem. After 3 days the problem not resolve and i am calling to customer care and they says the problem in your sim and please to be issued the duplicate sim from the airtel store. I am purchased the duplicate sim on 13 aug. 2017 and they say your number will be activated within in 2 hrs. But after 24 hrs. The problem will be same. Again i am going to airtel store and they reissued me a duplicate sim again on 15 aug. 2017 and they say after 4 hrs. Your number will be activated. However till now the problem will be the same i. E. No network on my number ([protected]). I am very disappointed with that type of services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
