Airtel — no network on new sim after mnp | |||
I have ported my number from Idea to Airtel and also received message from Airtel on my alternate number that sim is ported successfully and to insert new sim in phone. Its more than 48 hrs that my sim is not getting network. I called Customer Care and they said i have to visit Airtel store for solution, when i visited airtel store they told me problem is not from their side and only customer care can help me. Following are details which will help you to resolve my issue. Mobile Number ported from Idea to Airtel: [protected]. My Alternate Number: [protected]. I request you to kindly help me on this issue, also i am loosing important calls from by business since no network is shown on new sim. I tried to select network manually, but it shows network not available, i also tried to use sim in different mobile but problem still persists.
