Airtel — no network on phone more than 20 days | |||
Hello, My mother is using Airtel connection 95xxxxx812. I raised the complaint regarding network issue to Airtel customer care. The customer service executive forwarded complaint to network team. No resolution for same. Again contacted Airtel customer care then executive told me that since there is huge network load in your area so you are facing problem. Our technical team is working on the same and your network problem will resolve. When I asked he refused to provide timeline. After paying if not getting service then what's the use. Basic telephone need is to receive and you should make calls to others but without network how it's possible. Above the network provider has no answer for problem. The service executives are so illeterate about process even I have doubt that they understand the problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
