Airtel — no outgoing and incoming calls for my 4g sim | |||
For last five days with 4g network i neither can call or receive call. The moment one calls a "call ended"message pops up. My earlier complaint on 20th nov'18 gave me a complaint no 88631272 but the problem is yet to be solved. My repeated mails to [protected]@airtel.com goes on sending copy and paste (Exactly same word to word) replies by the two advisers, customer care without a reason for the outage. Further they advise to give a missed call to 515 which i did but the network team goes on sending me sms messages that my phone is not reachable. This is ridiculous, as when my complaint is no call received how would they expect to connect me. Instead they would know something is wrong and attend to it. But i continue to get the messages "give a missed call" and the standard computer reply not reachable. Is it reall the company practice of dealing with complaints?
