[Resolved] Airtel — No payment due but still i am receiving the calls and message for the payment | |||||
Hi team, My landline number - [protected] Please note that the airtel team has confirmen me on the email itseld that they will waive off the 1998 rs from my account and i have to mail them on 23 may. And i have mailed them on 23rd may for the waive off and there is no action has been taken by the airtel and they are calling me and messaging me to make the payment. This is a torture on the customers that without any fault of the customer still the company like airtel is forcing the customers to make payment without their fault.
