[Resolved] Airtel — No redressal of complaint by airtel DTH | |||||
I upgraded to HD from SD dth on 28.8.16. Since then it was giving a lot of problem. Again and again it asks for inserting card. On 06.09.16 it completely went off and asking 'first installation setup'. When contacted customer care he asked It will be charged Rs.150/- for engineer visit. I already paid ₹600. When company device is faulty why shud I pay. When tried to complain at Airtel site there was no mail id given and when tried on complaint page it is not getting submitted.
