Airtel — no refund of money on disconnecting airtel dth | |||
I have 3 multi-connections of airtel digital tv for the same account [protected]. The 1st connection is a airtel internet tv and the performance of the box is very poor. I asked for disconnection and replacement of a normal hd stb in lieu of the android stb, but airtel refused to do so. However, airtel suggested to suspend the first connection and go for a 4th connection with normal hd stb. The new hd stb also lacked with optical port and requested airtel to replace the stb and provide a stb with optical fiber port. Airtel also refused to do that. Now i am asking to disconnect my 4th connection, return the cpe and refund the amount but still airtel is refusing to do it. Airtel is refusing for all kind of helps and they want to run the business in their own interests. I need to know if i am not satisfied with the service of dth provider, then why should i own that stb which becomes a liability for me. Was this information helpful? | |||
