[Resolved] Airtel — No reply from consumer redressal system | |||||
Dear sir/madam what a poor & inferior quality of service from air tell consumer grievances portal, i have been trying since yesterday at least 20 times for my grievances regarding prepaid recharging of my mobile card mobile no.[protected].I recharged of rs.270/-on dated 29/11/2016 & rs.29/-&on 30/11/2016.But money being debited but my card not recharged.The whole system siphoning money of customers.All this due to present governments decision on on line cashless transactions.Now air tell has deprived/deceived me to rs.300/-of recharging on online.Who will believe on line transaction from such fraudulent business.Even customer care/air tell do not bother about grievances.All untrained staff recruited every where in mobile galaries.
