Airtel — No response on installation of new DTH connection post payment | |||
Bought new Airtel DTH connection online. Paid for it as well - Rs. 1441. It has been a week but no intimation on installation from the company. Tired of ivrs response from customer care. Have also spoken to customer care executives thrice but no action initiated whatsoever. Got an sms with confirmation immediately after payment "Hi, recharge of Rs 1441 for your Airtel DigitalTV id[protected] is successful. Updated a/c balance : Rs 1441."
