[Resolved] Airtel — No response/solution | |
I though had a call from Airtel for my previously registered complaint with Consumer Complaints but from its non-revertible number where they initially called me during my rush hour. Though I asked them to call back in the afternoon but throughout the day did not receive any call again. Nearly 2 days later I received a call from the same number too which I could not pick up at that very moment but since it was a non-revertible number I could not even call back, either. In spite of the complaint made to the consumer forum, an amount of Rs. 95 again got deducted from my main mobile balance on 28/10/2016, Friday. Was this information helpful? | |
