I submitted a request of new broadband connection on 6th august 2017 for which i was asked to submit necessary documents and advanced rental for 3 months to avoid unnecessary activation charges etc. I did the same instantly expecting an immediate service reply. The representative told me it would take 3 days for activation and set up to which i agreed. But to my surprise a week passed and i had not got any reply or reason. Later when i called i came to know there was some technical issue. I suffered a lot of business loss due to not getting the internet on time and today i get a call that the problem cannot be rectified at earliest so we are refunding your money.
I really wish to know why do you put on so many advertisements when you cant supply your services to consumers. Why are you fooling people with services you cant supply and how come you call yourself the best at telecom sector, when you cant provide a broadband connection.
