Airtel — no service after the change of my dth package | |||
My airtel customer id is [protected]. Im in mysore city. My airtel dth connection is in the nameof my father p s periyasamy. I have changed my airtrl dth package on jan 31 through my airtel app. All myother channels have bern suspended since feb 1 but my new channel package has not been updated yet. Its now 48 hrs since the service provider has stopped all my channels. I have balance more than 300 in my account. I have called the customer care three times. I was asked fr 24 hrs time maximum for the updation. Its already 48 hrs now. Im also not able reach the customer care executive. I have tried the whole day. Above all this airtel has deducted the money for the two days which there was no service at all. How long should i wait to get my channels working??? I have also sent a complaint e-mail to the airtel people. Still no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
