[Resolved] Airtel — No service and no action on complaints | |||
I have two post paid connections in family (both ladies) of AIRTEL. whenever a call is made to these mobile nos, the mobile is showing switched for incoming calls. the set and the sim were changed as per advice and the problem still persists. the mobile nos are not contactable . the company did nothing to resolve the issue. one no belongs to an old person who requires it all the time for her medical help and other assistance. My airtel number [protected] was deactivate, but iam tried with airtel store one month but no more help with airtel store and customer care .my number was offices and cutomer not any one touch with me .please sir my number was activate .thanks regars.

Free calling they said and then we have to pay for it and den worst internet speed ... worst coustemer service ... in 1 to 10 scale i'll give them a zero ... feel like abusing them...
