I have raised a request online for a new broadband and fixed line connection. One of the executive called and sent his executive (Name: chethan and his number is [protected]) to collect the documents. He said that the service charge is rs. 1000 and i need to pay him. Asked him about the receipt and he said that it will reflect in the coming month bill and took the money.
I had to wait for a week and then tried calling, he didn't respond and complained the airtel office. They are such irresponsible people who doesn't care for their customers who requested and to service them. Such a stupid customer service i have ever seen.
So after all this drama about me calling the customer care and complaining them, the airtel customer care came up with a beautiful story stating there's a cable fault in my area and they can't provide it.
So i asked for the refund and they requested me to go online for requesting and the ticket number is aor8a163e.
The account details they said to me is:

You're a total bluff company I have dealt with.
This is a total non sensical bunch of people working and cheating customers. Such an idiotic behavior won't help you anywhere.
