Airtel — no service for airtel

Hi,

Until 18th june, my sim was working fine and all of a sudden it has stopped showing no service.

I tried to use multiple mobiles but still the same issue. I have a running pack and in the airtel pack it says as status - active. Still i did another recharge which is vain now.
Currently i'm abroad and unable to visit the airtel office. I need my service to be activated immediately as this is not the way to suddenly stop the service.
There should be a prior intimation on this.
Request your help on this in order to re-activate my services and also refund the recharge amount i made which was of no use.
