[Resolved]  Airtel — No service or weak signal

We are facing network issue in calling since 5 feb 2017 on my num [protected]. same issue occurred in my another number [protected] also. We wait till 8th feb and registered a complaint with airtel whose complaint no. is 73995745. On 14th feb we come to know that same has been closed mentioning that earlier same issue is still on hold which was registered in aug 2016. Please be noted that aug 2016 issue was regarding internet services which we are not using now because no solution was given for our concern. But this time issue is regarding the most basic service i.e. Ph calling. we are chasing behind airtel since then but they are only saying that new site is planned and it will take 90 to 120 days. They had there engineer visit at my location and he has also confirmed that issue is serious and there is no network coverage in my location. Also he has confirmed that they had multiple complaints near by our location. For interim solution, we have also asked for some router(network booster) to be installed but no response for this from airtel. Please help me a.s.a.p because I am pregnant and I am not be able to contact my husband during his office hours. Other complaint registered : 74124580, 74061497
