Airtel — no services, however billing continues | |||
Hi team, I have raised a complaint in jan'19 about the services of airtel. They have been replying with a standard response - "at the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this delay. Basis on your email, we have already escalated and prioritized your issue to the concerned team and we will update you on the status of the same at the earliest." however, there is no resolution since then. I have pursued multiple times but no one seems to be bothered for a resolution. Next, why are you billing me for the services which you are unable to provide? I would need a complete refund. Airtel does not seem to resolve the issue. It is only over email with a standard robotic response.
