Dear sir/mam, I am customer from last 10 years. I brought sim & mobile no-[protected] from champa, janjgir, chhatisgarh in 2007. I had change mobile portable in bihar jharkhand in december 2015 at bokaro jharkhand. I have last recharge in february 2017. It was regular in service. But i have suffering no network problem from last 3 days. When i meet your representative at bokaro mall your office today then your representative says that it mobile no is deactivate. How can deactivate services without any information. This mobile no is very important for me. So i request to you sir please solve my problem. Please support me for to be again get this no. I shall be highly obliged to this act of your kindness.
