Airtel — no signal or no coverage from last year in heart of hyderabad due to open network !!!!!!!!

No network in my and my wife's phone since 15 days .. in Hyderabad, Pathetic customer support said there were no issue and asked me and my wife to change mobiles and check. When I asked how 2 different phones can have same problem at the same time, then only he generated complaint number.not resolved till
