Mob.no.[protected] was registered in my wife's (Mrs. Neelam Kumari) as postpaid one. My plan 299/- with special discount worth Rs.50/- . Suddenly internet stopped on 25.12.18 although I had almost 40 GB balance data in my account. The internet couldn't be restored in after so many complaints. Finally my wife decided to migrate from postpaid to prepaid service. I made a request to my nearest store BOKARO MALL, Sector 3, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand in Jan. after paying an outstanding bill worth Rs.687/- as pre the system. Mr. Hassan the concerned executive at BOKARO MALL procecced all necessary things. The old SIM got deactivated as per the system but new SIM for prepaid service has not yet been activated . Moreover, the system shows an outstanding bill worth Rs.269/- again.
Dear Sir, it has harassed us very deeply. So, It is my earnest request to make necessary arrangement so that My wife may get this no. against either as a prepaid/ or postpaid at an earliest. Was this information helpful? |
