Dear Sir,
I visited your Airtel Store at Chembur for porting out from Vodafone to Airtel and selected monthly plan 649. I made request for port out on 06.04.2019.
I have ported out my two postpaid mobile numbers
1. [protected] Primary
2. [protected] Secondary
from Vodafone on 11.04.2019 and ported in Airtel. After receiving successful porting out message from Vodafone I inserted SIM cards provided by Airtel Store Chembur on 11.04.2019 at 11 pm but only [protected] was activated and my primary Mobile No [protected] was not activated.
I had faced a serious problems as my official mobile number was not active. It was very embarrassing situation for me since I could not carry out OTP based transactions and receive or make any calls to my office, clients. I was scolded by senior official due to not making mobile available in office hours.
I went to Airtel Store on 13.04.2019 but no resolution was made. Airtel de activated my alternate family number which was activated earlier and primary number [protected] was made active till 11 pm 113.04.2019. Again my primary number was de activated and alternate number was activated. I visited Airtel Store again on 14.04.2019 but they replaced my SIM card and number was not activated .
Customer care officers also did not resolve my problem and made my life miserable for three days from 11 to 14 April 2019.
I have already lodged complaint with National Consumer Forum for causing mental agony, embarrassment, harassment and loss of valuable communication from the office.
I request you to please take serious note of the problem caused to me. I had no option since already opted out from Vodafone and no way to go out within 90 days of porting.

i bought a new sim card but it shows registeration failed so i went to the seller and bought again a new one but it still shows registeration failed. i tried changing cell phones but nothing worked. please help.
