Airtel — non activation of sms services

Sir i have ported my mob no [protected] from idea to airtel (In pre on post plan). the said no was activated on 21 jan 2019, but till time my sms service has not been activated. I am facing lot of problem. i also registered a complaint for the same but no action has been taken till spent of 8 days. Pl do the needful at the earliest to start my sms seevices by your best services.

Updated by rky6757f the SMS services activated just now after nine days after lots of complaints by which I have face loss of 5000. It should be given by Airtel Company
