[Resolved] Airtel — Non availability of 4g internet services | |||||
Airtel sold 4g internet services to me on 29jul on portable router. After three complaint calls and repeated follow-ups - they advised me that 4g internet service is not available in my area. My complaints are: (A) why are they selling these services in front of my house - if it is not available. (B) i bought the portable router from airtel. The airtel employees guided me to by the portable router and the prepaid connection. Why are they not aware about it? (C) why did it take three complaints and repeated follow-ups to advise me that the service is not available in my area? Very disappointing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
