Airtel — non-availability of balance & net services

Dear sirs, as on 30.08.2017 i took an airtel prepaid sim from airtel customer service centre at dharmanagar north tripura pin 799250 address: near kalibari and opposite of bata shop. I paid rs. 150.00 to the dealer, (A short boy took the money) name not known to me. He said that i will get the facilities of rs. 148.00 within half an hour after activation. After installation of the sim it has been activated within a few minutes (I left the stores) after few hours i started journey to agartala tripura by train, but post activation neither any call is being forwarded from the sim nor any data pack is working.. As i have left that place and now i am so far from the stores. I am submitting this complaint to have the matter inquired properly and to obtain the facilities provide to me if possible, as we know the airtel is a renowned company. My new no. Is [protected].
