From the 18th of may the internet facility in our broadband has gone down. We have filed a complaint o the same date. Till now we have communicated everyday to airtel representatives in local (I. E, karaikudi) and called twice to the consumer care.
Till now no solution had been done, the technicians are very lethargic towards the issue. Kindly solve the issue within 24 hours or terminate the connection as there is no proper response. It has been a fortnight since the issue began and since there no solution has been made we request you to waive of the subscription fee for this payment cycle.
